About The Exchange 2026
This year's theme: Future Proof. Future Ready.
The sustainability profession is evolving. Fast.
Artificial intelligence is transforming how work gets done. Political and economic shifts are reshaping business priorities. Budgets are being reprioritised. And corporate responsibility and sustainability professionals have a growing opportunity to demonstrate not just ambition, but impact and value.
At the ICRS Exchange 2026, we'll explore how our profession can remain relevant and resilient, while strengthening its influence in a rapidly evolving world. Through thought-provoking keynote discussions, expert panels, interactive workshops and facilitated peer networking, attendees will gain fresh perspectives on the forces shaping sustainability and walk away with practical ideas, tools and connections to help them thrive.
Topics will include sustainability in an age of AI and technological transformation, building climate resilience, navigating social risks and opportunities, communicating impact, and developing the professional skills needed to succeed in changing times.
Join CR&S professionals from across sectors for a day of insight, practical learning and meaningful connections designed to help you get ahead - future proof and future ready.
We are pleased to announce Anne Thomas MBE, Founding Co-Director of the Institute for the Future of Work - will be joining us at the Exchange this November 12, at the The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, London.
Anna Thomas MBE is Founding Co-Director of the Institute for the Future of Work, an independent charity exploring how new technologies are changing work and society. With a background in design and law, Anna has advised successive governments, independent and standards bodies on good work, growth, data and AI, as well as initiating and delivering the Future of Work Commission in Parliament - the first independent, multidisciplinary expert group exploring the impacts of technology on work and society.
Anna specialises in responsible AI, governance frameworks and tools for technological design, use and assessment, and the Good Work model, which started life as a probing amendment, and has since inspired and driven numerous cross-party interventions and new policy agendas, from procurement to equality and AI. She recently served as Deputy Chair of the Mayor of London’s AI and Jobs Taskforce, which brought together evidence and expertise on how AI is changing work across the capital. Anna was awarded an MBE in 2024 for services to research on the future of work.
At the Exchange 2026, Anna will explore the forces reshaping business and society, with a focus on artificial intelligence and technological innovation.
