ICRS Announces Senior Fellowship Programme Launch
The Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS) is thrilled to announce the launch of its Senior Fellowship Programme, a new level of recognition for the most experienced and influential professionals in our field. Building on the success of our existing Fellowship community, which now has over 140 Fellows, Senior Fellowship celebrates those who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, impact, and commitment to advancing responsible business.

Who Can Apply?
Senior Fellowship is designed for those in the most senior positions within the profession and who have made a significant contribution over an extended period. Specifically, applicants must meet the following key criteria:

At least 15 years’ experience working predominantly on social, environmental, ethical, and sustainability issues.

A minimum of five years of continuous ICRS membership, including at least three years as a Fellow.

Demonstrated alignment with three or more of the ICRS Guiding Principles.

What’s Next?
Applications will open in February 2026. The application process will include a written statement, submission of professional references, and a short presentation and Q&A with a panel of Board members.
